Furniture (Non-Custom or Special Order):Please contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. All returns require pre-authorization, after which we will refund your purchase in the original form of payment. Please note that a 20% refund will be deducted from the total refund. You are responsible for arranging the product return to Cella Luxuria, as well as any associated shipping costs. Furniture refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be refunded in store credit or a merchandise exchange. Please read our guidelines to ensure a successful delivery prior to placing your order. All returns must be in new condition and in the original packaging.
Non-Furniture Items: Final sale.
Please inspect your purchase fully in front of the delivery team. Damage and or defects should be listed on the Bill of Lading (BOL) or Delivery Order and must include both driver and customer signatures. Issues must be resolved on spot with the delivery company. Once a customer signs for delivery, product custody is transferred to the customer.
In the event of a manufacturer's defect, please contact us immediately within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and any supporting photographs. One of our associates will assist you with your claim. Please keep the damaged product, original packing material and merchandise tags during this process.

Cella Luxuria accepts payment in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club debit and credit cards, and PayPal. Inventory availability, prices, and delivery rates and subject to change. Merchandise dispayed for sale online may not be available in stores. We reserve the right to restrict any orders due to pricing, description, or image errors.

Cella Luxuria does not offer real-time inventory status at this time. If the item you want is on backorder, you will generally be notified within 48-72 hours after placing your order with an estimated lead time. If you choose not to wait, you will be eligible for a complete refund.
